The Foundation will maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage the information securely.
In order to prevent personal information from being lost, destroyed, altered or leaked, the Foundation implements appropriate information security measures against unauthorized access, computer viruses, and other threats.

When the Foundation receives a request for the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, or other actions regarding retained personal information, it will first verify that the request is made by the individual concerned or their authorized representative, and will respond appropriately in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
