Nissha Music Studio provides a platform for up-and-coming artists active on the global stage and streams their performances.

The featured artists for this session are YOYOKA, a drummer active on the world stage, and Ai Furusato, a pianist. The performance was recorded as a live show with an audience at the “Nissha Main Hall,” a modern Meiji-era architectural landmark located on the Nissha Co., Ltd. premises.

These two artists, who continue to work across genres and national borders, performed their original songs. It was a one-day-only special live performance that fused overwhelming groove with delicate expressiveness. With fantastical lighting effects added to the antique setting, this video captures the sense of unity between the artists and the audience, as well as the unique energy that only a live performance can deliver.
